You translate business needs into scalable solution designs and help clients improve and modernize core processes. You’ll work at the intersection of business and technology.
– Analyze business requirements and design Oracle-based solutions
– Run workshops, gather requirements, and structure solution roadmaps
– Configure and support Oracle applications (EBS / Fusion – depending on projects)
– Support process optimization and adoption of best practices
– Coordinate with technical teams for integrations and automation
– Document requirements, solution concepts and test cases
– Support testing, go-live activities and hypercare
– Experience in process consulting / ERP consulting
– Strong analytical and structured thinking
– Solid understanding of business processes (e.g., Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain)
– Confident communication with business and IT stakeholders
– Pragmatic mindset — you focus on outcomes, not buzzwords
– Fluent in English (German is a plus)
– Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Fusion experience
– Experience with process mapping and documentation
– Experience with test management / UAT coordination
– Project experience in multi-stakeholder environments
